It totally depends on the cut-off of Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (P.E.C.E) conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board every year in June & July.

Every year students form differently and every year Question of Entrance Exam differ, so cut-off varries every year. But the average cut-off for Government Polytechnic Colleges are 70-80/150 for General and OBCs, 50-70 for SCs, and 40-50 for STs.
